The cylinder is closed with an overlap and fastened with paper clips. After that, the holes themselves are burned out - they can also be punched with a hole punch or drilled. When the base is ready, it is necessary to close the junction with a lead strip and put on a fastener at one end - after that the plate is compressed from both ends.

Making a metal feeder is more difficult and requires a lot of materials and tools.

Floats have been used for a very long time, as they signal the moment when the fish are biting. Today, goose feathers have been replaced by modern, high-tech models, but their essence has remained unchanged. For fly rods, light floats with a small load are used - they allow you to notice even the slightest movement.

For match and Bologna rods, usually "wagglers" are used. For deep fishing, you need a float with a blind mount, and if the depth exceeds the length of the rod, then the mount must be sliding. During plug-in fishing, ultra-sensitive, carp and flat floats are used.

To make a float at home, you need to have some equipment and materials. It is best to make several floats - it just saves time.

So, one form of a float can be made in different sizes. With a jigsaw or knife you need to make a blank.

It is best to leave a margin of length in a centimeter or one and a half, and thickness - 3-4 mm.

To find the center, draw diagonals on the ends. For the keel, steel wire is used, which must be tinned.

In the center at the end, you need to insert the keel by a centimeter, you can also by one and a half.

After checking, dip the keel in epoxy and put it back in place. When everything is dry, the workpiece is given the shape of a float - the edges of the main cylinder are cut off, and a smaller cylinder is made on the opposite side from the keel.

Next, the workpiece is given the final shape, after - grinding. A float ring is made from a thin wire, leaving the ends 5-7 mm each. An antenna 3-5 cm in size is made from the same wire from which the keel was made and glued in place of the cut thin cylinder. The ring is glued just below the top of the float.

After, you only need to paint the float - for greater brightness of the antenna, you can use cambric wires (preferably white). The paints must be water-resistant, and they must not be applied in a very thick layer. The float will dry for a day or two.

Mugs

Fishing circles are used for catching predatory fish - they are made from a disc, sticks and equipment, which, in turn, consists of a line, a load and a leash (for pike), as well as a tee.

Since we do not produce high-quality mugs, it is best to use home-made blanks. To make such a device, you must first cut out the shape of the foam and clean it with sandpaper. In the center of the workpiece, you need to drill a hole one and a half centimeters in diameter, where a sleeve with its own hole is inserted, but already 8-9 mm.

The underside of the disk must be painted white, and the top red. The mast must be made of coniferous wood in the form of a truncated cone.

It will be fifteen centimeters long, with a diameter of 6 to 12 mm from top to butt.

Since conifers are quite soft, no technique is needed - a simple knife is enough.

It is more difficult with the keel head - here you need a lathe, since its shape should be like that of an egg.

If all the work is done on the machine, then the mast will generally be smooth and even.

A non-through hole is made in the keel head, necessary to insert the mast head there - for good fastening, it is filled with epoxy. The last thing left is to equip the circle.

The main fishing line is best made from a nylon cord, with a cross section of half a millimeter. The length is determined individually - a few meters longer than the deep place at the intended fishing location.

An ordinary fishing rod consists of several parts - the rod itself, the float, fishing line, hook, sinker, reel and leash. The rod is made of wood - you can use hazel or birch, use a pebble as a sinker, and a feather or cork as a float. Naturally, such a primitive rod will not catch a lot of fish.

Spinning is much more difficult to make on your own, but this is generally a professional device for catching fish. The rod here is made of cork or wood, plastic can also be used.

The platform for fishing is the same chair, only it has a tackle box built in and there are devices for comfortable placement of fishing rods. The platform, as a rule, is made independently.
