The check-in procedure is humiliating. Stayed at the hotel for the 9th time. Usually 14-16 days. This time 17 days. We ordered a room higher and closer to the sea (after all, for the 9th time, we were hoping for certain preferences, which we asked for when ordering). They checked in within an hour, offering the worst rooms in the farthest building or the dark basement... finally, after lengthy negotiations, they condescended and gave us a normal room... but what was it worth... You need to respect your regular guests. Next time we will think about staying at this hotel. When checking out, they tried to rip off money for some product from the minibar (which we basically don’t use) until we returned to the room and pointed the clueless employee’s nose at the product we were looking for, and they didn’t lag behind...

Air conditioners are very noisy. And the audibility in the rooms is amazing, the doors slam and squeak when opened. There are no slippers, there is simply no set of thread and a needle to sew on a button or sew up a hole. We rested from February 20 to March 1, 2019. We swam in the sea at the hotel only once, constant low tides, you need to find time when you can swim, for those with small children it’s convenient, they won’t drown, it’s very shallow and far away, there are no sun loungers on the beach, they give you 1 beach towel per person and the shore has fine sand , the wind is blowing and sand is everywhere. There is a kettle in the room, two coffees and two teas, no tea, tasteless. Patong is about 15 minutes away by tuk tuk, they carry you 3 times a day, tied up, a taxi costs 400 baht one way. I should think about going for a walk in the evening. And the guests each contribute their own money for their stay, because they came to relax!!! And they don’t care about the fact that they interfere with others’ rest, our room was on the 2nd floor 4211 with a view of the sea and the pool, every evening by the pool someone lit up, swearing, etc. They made it very difficult to sleep, when you open the balcony there is noise from the pool, when you turn on the air conditioner it hums. This is not my first time vacationing in Thailand, but this is my first time in such a hotel. The Thais are all polite, but the conditions also depend on us. I didn’t like this hotel, the location itself and the hotel itself have transitions, transitions, of course you won’t get lost, but you can walk around in the heat to your heart’s content.

The Thai food in the restaurant is terrible (even though I really love Thai food). There is practically nothing within walking distance, not even 7/11. A huge amount of money was spent on taxis to get to the center. There are no sun loungers on the beach (again, a 4 star hotel), it is impossible to swim during the day due to strong tides!! Never before have I seen such strong low tides. We enjoyed the sea only in the morning, until 12. The pools are small, more suitable for children. In general, I don’t understand where they got 4 stars from. The hotel is barely worthy of 3*

Quite far from the center, the bus from the hotel runs only 2 times a day for free and 2 for a fee (50 baht each). Last bus at 15.00. You can get to Patong by free bus from hotel. There are few cafes nearby. Overall, we liked Phuket; it’s beautiful to escape from the middle of winter into summer.
