Any person in our country knows that the most popular sea during summer holidays is the Black Sea. There are hundreds of cities and thousands of resorts on its shores. Three million tourists fly here, come and come here every year. And if you count how many savages relax on the seashore, then the figure may well reach five million! In order not to get lost on vacation and choose the best place, you need a new map of the Black Sea coast of Russia with resorts. A detailed interactive map will help you find all the resorts that are on the Black Sea coast. You will be able to see cities, towns and villages where you can stop for a rest and spend the best days of your summer holiday.

The Black Sea is big. Its waters wash the shores of Russia, the Republic of Crimea, Ukraine, Turkey, Bulgaria and Romania. We can say that it is on this sea that the most popular and visited resorts in the world are located. Each coast has its own infrastructure, its own beaches and its own weather. Today we will talk about our coast, on which the resorts are located.

The Black Sea is located in such a way that it practically does not freeze. It is very rare to see ice on it. It mostly happens near the coast when it gets very cold in January. Most often, there is ice on the Russian side, but there is none on the Turkish side, since even in winter there are warm winds blowing from the Asian and African sides. During the summer months, it is hot on any seashore. Air temperatures reach +35 and above. And the average temperature for the year is +22 degrees. But, unfortunately, in the winter months you cannot swim on any shore of the Black Sea, including from the Russian shore.

The most important resort in Russia on the Black Sea is Sochi. The city has always been popular with tourists, and after the Winter Olympics it became an even more visited resort. Moreover, people began to come here in winter to ski and walk around the beautiful city.
Perhaps the hottest city on the Black Sea coast is Tuapse. In the summer months, the air here warms up to +37 in the shade. And in August, when the heat peaks, it can reach +42 degrees. sometimes it seems that the sun is shining so low over the city that it is about to fall on you. At these hours, and these are lunch hours. It's better not to be on the street. After all, the sun not only warms and burns, it also blinds. Especially on the beach, when the sun's rays reflect off the white sand.

Despite the fact that there are thousands of resorts on the Black Sea coast, there are only two airports. The first is located in Adler and is considered the Sochi airport. And the second is located in Gelendzhik. So tourists mostly prefer to get to their resort by train to avoid unnecessary movements. After all, it is very inconvenient to fly to one place, and then still have to get to the desired place by bus or expensive taxi.

Also, don’t forget about Anapa. This is the same resort town on the Black Sea coast. There is an airport nearby, which is very convenient. True, it is located somewhat away from Anapa, but still closer than if you got here by train.
After Crimea returned to Russia, we have more resorts located on the Black Sea. Firstly, this is Yalta, which has always been popular with tourists, even back in the USSR. Next are Sevastopol and Evpatoria. Every year, more and more tourists from Russia visit Crimean resorts.

Detailed map of the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory with villages- in this article. Last summer, our whole family decided to take a short trip to the Krasnodar region. Before this, we had already been to the south of our country and, instead of going to a separate resort, we decided to travel along the entire coast. After all, the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory on the coast map from Anapa to Adler stretch for 356 kilometers and number in dozens. Moving from one locality to another takes on average from several minutes to an hour. Thus, you can visit many resorts, staying in each from 1 to 3 days.

Abrau-Durso

The next point was a resort village. We got there in less than an hour and arrived early in the morning. We planned to spend only one day here. We stayed at the “Chocolate” guest house in the village of Dyurso right on the seashore. Abrau-Durso itself is located on the shore of Lake Abrau, a few kilometers from the coastline, and the village of Durso is right on the shore. There are several beaches here, including small estuaries that warm up quickly and are ideal for children to swim. In the morning we swam on the central beach of Durso. The beach is pebble, wide and has developed infrastructure. In the afternoon, leaving the car at the guest house, we called a taxi and went to the very center of wine tourism in our country - the Abrau-Durso sparkling wine factory.

This is a truly unique place, which was founded by Count Golitsyn at the end of the 19th century. Here they show huge areas with vineyards and talk about the art of growing grapes for the production of sparkling wines. We looked at the production process; relatively recently it was completely modernized under the strict guidance of Moet Chandon specialists. Perhaps that is why ordinary Abrau Durso champagne is no different from the legendary French one. We visited huge cellars with wine storage facilities and a tasting. In the company store you can purchase products at factory prices, and some rare vintage types of champagne can only be bought here.

In the evening we walked along the embankment of Lake Abrau - one of the best embankments in the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory on the map of the coast. The embankment is made of colored paving stones, with many flower beds and lawns and a rich infrastructure. We rented a boat on the embankment and rode along the shore for an hour. After dinner in one of the cafes, we returned to the village of Durso to our guest house by taxi so that we could go to the next city early in the morning. A detailed map of the Krasnodar Territory - the Black Sea coast - helped us plan our route.

Detailed map of the Resorts of the Krasnodar Territory: Gelendzhik and Divnomorskoye

The next morning we went to the city located in Greater Gelendzhik. The distance between them on the detailed map of the Resorts of the Krasnodar Territory is only 10 kilometers. Therefore, we decided to stay in Divnomorskoye, since the sea water here is the cleanest, and in the afternoon after lunch you can go there for entertainment and sightseeing.

A detailed map of the Resorts of the Krasnodar Territory helped us get to Divnomorskoye. We arrived there early in the morning and stayed at the Alpina guest house, the cost of the room was 2300 rubles. for four people in June, although we had to bargain a little. The beach is very nice and well maintained, there is a lot of entertainment for both children and adults. Children happily rode on inflatable slides and miniature electric cars that can be rented on the chic embankment. I took a ride on a jet ski, after which, after having lunch in one of the cozy cafes, we went to Gelendzhik to the safari park.

The Safari Park is located right at the foot of the mountain slope, the route along the sea runs near it. At the entrance, we immediately purchased tickets not only for the safari park, but also for the cable car to go to the very top, to the observation deck and visit the terrarium with reptiles. Not only the children, but also us adults liked the safari park. It is very well maintained, and the number of rare animals and especially predators is simply amazing.

There are also areas fenced off with durable plexiglass, behind which there are shooting ranges a few meters away. There are also pumas, leopards, jaguars, grizzly and Himalayan bears, ostriches and wild boars, monkeys. At the entrance you can buy dried fruits to feed the animals. The most notorious “beggars” were bears. They stand on their hind legs and tirelessly “beg” for a treat. Many people buy them ice cream, for which the animals were very grateful.

The views from the observation deck are magnificent, and Gelendzhik Bay, like the city itself, looks clear in full view.

After visiting the safari park, we decided to take a yacht ride. We had a choice: ride on a private sailboat or on a large yacht with a group. We decided to take a ride on a large yacht, where there is an entertainment program during the boat trip, and tickets are cheaper. The two-hour walk from the bay to the open sea is very fun; on the way back you can watch the red sunset and take wonderful photographs as a souvenir. We decided to spend the evening on the Gelendzhik embankment. This is the busiest place on the entire coast. There are dozens, if not hundreds of different cafes, restaurants, clubs and discos. You can walk until late in the evening, as the embankment is the longest and most beautiful. Its length is about 10 kilometers, with many flower beds, lawns, and decorative figures. We had dinner with the whole family at an excellent restaurant on the territory of the Primorye Hotel, after which we visited the amusement park on the embankment next to the stadium. After walking a little more to the steep cliff “Krucha”, which is as high as a 16-story building, we decided to return to Divnomorskoye to our guest house, since the next day we had to go to the largest water park in Russia.

The next day, while everyone was sleeping, I went to the beach and swam in the clear sea. After that, at around ten o’clock in the morning we went to Gelendzhik to the Zolotaya Bukhta water park. The water park is really cool. On an area of 17 hectares there are 17 swimming pools, 69 slopes, 49 slides, about 10 water attractions, many bars, cafes, and pizzerias. Ticket price is 1,400 rubles for adults, 650 rubles for children. Free entry only for children whose height does not exceed 106 cm.

While we were in Divnomorskoye and Gelendzhik, we visited the Old Park in , and took a ride in an SUV to the dolmen valley. If we had not had children with us, then of course we could have visited one of the most famous and largest clubs in Russia, “Formula,” but we could not do this. Having stayed in this place for 4 days, we moved on. We studied the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory on a map of the coast, and chose the village of Loo.

Loo

We got from Gelendzhik to about an hour and a half and stayed at the mini-hotel “Dolce Gusto”. The hotel is located near the sea. We rested on the central beach of the village, which is about 150 meters wide. The infrastructure is well developed here, with many water attractions and entertainment for children. They rode electric cars along the embankment, jumped on trampolines and played on inflatable towns. My wife and I took turns riding a banana, which the organizers dragged on a jet ski at high speed along the beach. The sea water at this resort is very clean and swimming in it is a pleasure. Before lunch we rested and relaxed on the beach, and after that, after having a snack, we went to see something in the village or the surrounding area. We visited the ruins of an ancient Byzantine temple, which is located on the territory of the village, 33 waterfalls, and rode horses in the valley of the Ashe River. The whole family ate in cafes and canteens, of which there are a huge number, the average bill for four was no more than 600 rubles. After resting in this place for 3 days, we went further towards the southeast of the Black Sea coast. A detailed map of the Krasnodar Territory and the Black Sea coast helped lay out the route.

Dagomys, Sochi, Adler

These resorts of the Krasnodar Territory have no boundaries on the coast map. The private sector has grown so much that, in fact, it all constitutes one settlement in Greater Sochi. To save on accommodation, we rented a two-room apartment in advance for 2,000 rubles per day in . The apartment had a kitchen, so we decided to cook ourselves.

We had a car at hand, so we could go to any beach we liked, and after lunch we could go to any attraction. During our week in this part of Greater Sochi, we relaxed on the wide pebble beaches of Dagomys and Riviera Beach in Central Sochi. At first we only went to the Riviera, but due to huge traffic jams in Sochi, we preferred the central beach of Dagomys. The situation is the same on all beaches in Greater Sochi. There are many attractions here, the infrastructure is well developed and in most cases the width of the beaches is 20-30 meters.

During the week we visited an amusement park in Adler, an aquarium in Adler, and the Olympic village. We got to these places by public transport, by train. They run frequently and this is the only way to avoid Sochi traffic jams during the daytime. I went rafting alone, taking a tour. Overcame several rapids along the Mzymta mountain river. We visited the Sochi Sky Park with many attractions; here is the highest point for jumbo jumping. We walked across the longest suspension bridge in the world, and it was an unforgettable experience. We went to the mountains nearby. Not only do you have wonderful views of the sea and mountain peaks from here, but there are also ancient tea houses where you can taste different types of tea from the herbs of the Caucasian foothills, and many varieties of honey collected from local apiaries.

The excursion to Abkhazia deserves special mention. We bought a one-day excursion and visited all the main cities of this republic. The route includes a visit to Gagra, Pitsunda, the Athos Monastery, a mountain cave next to the monastery, mountain lake Ritsa, Stalin’s dacha and travel through many mountain gorges, including a ride along the edge of a cliff at an altitude of several hundred meters called “Farewell to the Motherland”. To plot the route further, I needed a map of the Krasnodar Territory with cities on the Black Sea coast.

Lermontovo

The next resort of the Krasnodar Territory on the coast map was Lermontovo. We only had a few days left and, having left Dagomys early in the morning, in order to avoid traffic jams on the highway, we drove back towards the mainland. An hour and a half later we were in a resort village, not far from the M-4 Don highway. Lermontovo is one of the very first and very comfortable villages on the Black Sea coast, which vacationers find after making their way to the sea along the M-4 Don highway. On the contrary, we decided to stop here and spend our last day at sea. We stayed in a very nice guest house called “Edem”. A room for four people, standard category, cost 2,000 rubles in June. The living conditions here are quite comfortable, but the most important thing for us was to get a cozy and quiet place to spend the night, since the most important activity on the last day of our stay at sea was relaxing on the beach. The embankment and beach in Lermontovo fully correspond to the basics of an aesthetic and relaxing beach holiday. The infrastructure is very well developed here and there is a lot of entertainment. First of all, this is the Chernomor water park, horseback riding tours, quad biking, a visit to the African village of Lim-po-po, and a trip to the Tengin waterfalls. We just spent time on an excellent, sandy beach and were completely satisfied with the time we spent on the Black Sea coast.

To go on a trip by car, you need an up-to-date detailed map of the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory with villages. There are many cities on the coast, the distance between some of them is only 1-2 km. A detailed map of the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory on the Black Sea coast helped us plan our trips. We got to Moscow in the same time as from Moscow to Anapa, about 27 hours, regularly replacing each other behind the wheel and making stops. Our plans were to visit on the way back, but in the end we abandoned this idea and left visiting these places until next time.

Subtropical exoticism, hospitable people, an abundance of four- and five-star hotels- only the first stroke in the description of the Black Sea coast of Russia. Absence of necessity registration of additional documentation upon entry makes this territory in the eyes of Russians much more attractive than foreign holiday destinations.

The shores of the Black Sea on the world map

The Black Sea coast of Russia is located in the southwest of the country. From the north, the border of the region runs along Perekop Isthmus, which connects Crimea with Ukraine. The coastline extends for 1200 km along the peninsula and further south all the way to the border with Abkhazia in Adler.

During the Soviet Union and over the past decade, the region's infrastructure has taken a decisive leap in pursuit of the globe's prominent resorts.

On the territory of most of the Crimean Peninsula Moderate temperatures prevail and only on the extreme southern coast is the northern turn of the subtropics.

Near the 44th parallel, the continental region of the Black Sea region divided by the Caucasus Mountains into temperate and subtropical climate zones.

The temperate zone extends from the Taman Peninsula to. The continental climate here is influenced by the sea, so this region is generously warmed by the sun in the summer and is free from winter frosts.

The northern branch of the Caucasus Range borders the subtropical zone. Dry subtropical climate dominates the territory from Anapa to Dzhubga (Tuapse region). In summer, the area is often languishing from drought, and in winter it is irrigated by precipitation.

High temperatures prevail from May to October, and are then replaced by mild winters. From Tuapse to Adler is located the world's northernmost zone humid subtropics with a uniform distribution of precipitation over the seasons.

In the subtropical zone of the Black Sea region, 25 degrees summer heat gives way to mild winter with temperatures just above zero.

Average temperatures range from 23 degrees Celsius in summer to zero in winter.

We suggest using convenient form for selecting hotels along the entire Black Sea coast. To find a suitable hotel, just indicate city, arrival and departure dates, and number of guests.

Where else are interesting places?

You can read about the delights of the Crimean Peninsula in almost every tourist brochure. The remains of ancient Greek metropolises (in Kerch, Feodosia and Yevpatoria), the architectural heritage of the Russian Empire (Swallow's Nest, Alupka Park), many modern beaches and residential and entertainment complexes have been delighting discerning tourists for decades.

Notable is Taman Peninsula, which serves as the border for the Black and Azov Seas. You can walk here to the places of adventures of Lermontov Pechorin, visit the writer's museum. Connoisseurs of wine drinks have the opportunity to get acquainted with the nuances of winemaking in local museums.

Seaport Novorossiysk It is stingy on beaches, but it can boast of the picturesque landscapes of Lake Abrau. The Circassian past left the Novorossiysk region with many historical monuments in the form of ruins of fortresses.

Yes and Kiselev rock, where Lyolik once provided Gaucher and Gorbunkov with an excellent bite, does not go unnoticed by tourists.

Fans of active recreation will not miss the opportunity to become participants in popular festivals Kubana and Bike-fest in the village of Veselovka.

The Black Sea coast extends for many thousands of kilometers and includes territories of other republics and countries. Therefore, here you can meet immigrants of different nationalities (Circassians, Dagestanis, Chechens, Abkhazians, Armenians, Georgians, and others) and hear speech not only in Russian.

Until recently, detailed maps were considered secret documents, but now any citizen can plan a route using informative electronic maps and satellite images. It shows everything you need for a smooth trip: roads, settlements, surrounding landscape and terrain.

On the eve of the summer holidays, the eyes and dreams of tired Russians turn to the Black Sea coast. And now the cursor “travels” along the map, overcoming the Crimean roads and passes of the Novorossiysk highway, and the imagination draws glittering sea waves and shady mountain forests.

A little history

Maps of the Black Sea for the first time compiled by Greek navigators who discovered the coast of the Caucasus. In those distant times, artistic design and fantasy far exceeded reality. The Caucasian lands remained a dark and mysterious dwelling of the gods, and only a narrow coastal strip, gradually developed by the Greeks, was amenable to cartographic description.

To make a holiday on the Black Sea coast pleasant and healing, it took the work of many generations over the course of centuries. The largest resorts in Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory, where citizens of our country improve their health, were previously surrounded by malarial swamps and carried only diseases. The location of the first fortress settlements here - Anapa, Gelendzhik, Adler - was determined more by strategic necessity than by convenience for life.

After the inclusion of the Black Sea coast into Russia, its map was significantly enriched with new names - "general's" dachas, then turned into resort villages beloved by many Russians. The pathogenic swamps at the mouths of the rivers were drained and the advantages of the Black Sea climate became obvious to everyone.

Points on the map

Crimea

After the reunification of the Crimean Peninsula with Russia, the length of the Russian Black Sea coast is over 900 km. Famous ancient resorts, glorified by “imperial” visits, are located on the Southern Coast of Crimea (SC). The clear sea, sandy beaches and beautiful buildings among the mountains and southern vegetation hold records of popularity.

The resorts of the South Coast are divided into two areas:

  • Greater Yalta (Alupka, Gurzuf, Massandra, Foros, Yalta, etc.)
  • Big Alushta (Alushta, Partenit, Utes, Privetnoye, Rybachye, etc.)

Resorts of Western Crimea- Evpatoria, Saki, Olenevka and other, less popular vacation spots are located to the north, on the plain.

Kerch belongs to “wild” tourists. Festivals of musicians, surfers and other lovers of free recreation are held here. Archaeologists also liked the Kerch Peninsula as an open-air museum of antiquity.

Krasnodar region

Back in the middle of the 19th century, the Kuban flowed into the Black Sea; now this place on the map is marked with many estuaries - small and extensive reservoirs among sandy sediments. Despite the swampiness, Taman beaches They are popular due to their hard sandy surface and shallow, quickly warming water. Here the waves of two seas meet - the Black and Azov.

Since the century before last, the resorts of the Krasnodar region have successfully competed with European ones in the composition of the waters of medicinal springs, mountain and sea air. All of them, with the exception of the cities of Anapa, Gelendzhik and Sochi, are of the village type.

Anapa and Gelendzhik

Known throughout the former USSR children's resorts are located in the Anapa region. From here begins the Main Caucasian Ridge, which adorns the Russian coast to Adler. Residents of the Central zone from year to year remain faithful to the quiet villages of Anapa - Blagoveshchenskaya, Vityazevo, Bolshoi and Maloye Utrish, located among unique natural landscapes. Like Kerch and Taman, the lands of Anapa contain many monuments of antiquity.

To the south of the port city of Novorossiysk, which does not have resort status, the beaches become rocky and the coastline narrows. The winding Black Sea Highway (M27 highway) approaches the sea. Along its entire length it is replete with turns, hilly terrain and serpentines. Traffic during the holiday season is difficult: this is the only transport artery connecting the resort villages of the Gelendzhik and Tuapse regions.

The chain of villages with Turkish and Circassian names on the map of Greater Gelendzhik is a favorite budget holiday destination for tourists from all over the country. There are easy hiking routes through the low wooded mountains. The river valley is especially popular. Pshady with the village of the same name. Vacationers in these places will not get bored with the seascape: it can always be replaced by mountain gorges with refreshing rivers and waterfalls.

The most famous resorts of Anapa and Gelendzhik:

Tuapse - Sochi

After Tuapse to the highway railway joins. The canvas makes it easier to travel between coastal cities, but makes it difficult to relax on narrow rocky beaches, cut off from populated areas by an embankment. The undoubted advantage of rocky beaches is the purity of the water and breathtaking underwater scenery. The Tuapse region is a favorite place for divers.

Tuapse is not a resort due to oil enterprises and a cargo port located within the city. The border of the district passes beyond the village of Magri. Next comes Greater Sochi. The Lazarevsky district is located at its gates. Each point on his map is a hospitable Russian, Armenian or Adyghe settlement. The mountains are becoming higher and more colorful, they are separated by rivers and highways, along which it is convenient to get to numerous natural and historical monuments. The healing air of coniferous forests mixes with the humid sea. The best sanatoriums on the Black Sea coast are located in Greater Sochi.

Resorts Tuapse and Sochi:

  • Dzhubga
  • Olginka
  • Lermontovka
  • Nebug
  • Lazarevskoe
  • Vardane
  • Chemitokwaje
  • Khosta

Adler and Abkhazia

The map of the Russian coast ends in the past with a small the town of Adler, now a famous Olympic center. The Krasnopolyanskoye Highway branches off from the main highway, leading to sports complexes located in a picturesque mountainous country. There is a railway line in the same direction. The area of Adler and Krasnaya Polyana includes many historical monuments of the Middle Ages and ancient times. There are tourist routes to caves and waterfalls, to mountain peaks reaching 3 thousand meters.

The border of the Russian Federation passes along the river Psou, near the village. Funny. Strict border controls do not create inconvenience for those wishing to continue traveling to the neighboring state - Abkhazia. The Abkhazian coast was famous in the past for the best sea holidays. But economic difficulties and the war with Georgia destroyed the tourism infrastructure. Despite this, historical monuments, clear seas and the charm of abandonment attract many Russian tourists to Abkhazia. Border on the river Psou is becoming more and more conventional.
