We have been vacationing here for the third year in a row - we really like living on the beach and delicious home-cooked food. The omelet and casserole are especially good - consistently - for the third year in a row! And also vegetables and fish - never dried out or overcooked! Thanks to the chefs! And also to Svetlana at the reception - a wonderfully friendly and understanding girl, to the chief engineer, who instantly solves any problem, and to the maids Tatyana and Nina, who work on the beach almost around the clock and do their work efficiently and on time. The cleaning is just perfect!

The cleanliness of the shower area spoils the impression

The area is small, but very beautiful, a good, clean beach, a good buffet, for this price there is a very decent variety and a gorgeous view from the restaurant’s balcony. I liked everything, the food, the pool and the animation. The child was simply delighted with the evening children's discos. The shower area in the room was a bit disappointing. The room is on the ground floor, with a sauna, but without a shower. The shower is just a small tiled room and fairly covered in fungus. This was the only negative that we turned a blind eye to, since there was a good discount. The price-quality ratio is excellent, we will definitely come again.

There was not a double bed (and that’s what they asked for), but two single beds pushed together close together. The customer service does not work at all, no matter what breaks in your room, no one will do anything. The pipes are leaking, the shower cabin is leaking, we left a request three times and it was all in vain. There are no mask nets on the windows, a very old TV (with a non-working remote control). Some mornings there is no hot water. There is not enough equipment in the gym (there is no net or ball for volleyball, there is no racket for buntington, we bought a shuttle ourselves, the ping-pong net is broken (we fixed it ourselves and bought the ball ourselves). The drawers in the locker room in the pool are broken. (but no one did anything steals). and shampoo (so take it with you)

Very bright room, there are a lot of light bulbs and they all work. Very beautiful hotel area. Lots of greenery. Very tasty dishes in the kitchen, and a very varied menu, just for any fan. I liked the animation, funny animators. Children are generally great, even we adults found it interesting to watch the animation. In the evenings the hotel holds some kind of program for adults. I liked the pool, the water is odorless, warm and clean, you can sunbathe there. Nice steam room. I love cats, so the cats made me happy. On the way to the beach, there are shops with reasonable prices. But there is no sidewalk, you have to walk along the edge of the road. It’s better to use a good minibus that takes you to the beach. She always goes on schedule and is not late. Very friendly staff, they always say “thank you, please” and always smile, very nice. A very quiet place, there are no roads or taverns nearby. (But this is not for everyone)

The service is good, everyone is friendly. The food is excellent, everything is delicious. There is an indoor pool and sauna, a gym, everything is included in the price. Animation in the evenings.

It takes a very long time to check in. Three managers at the counter - only one works at check-in! It took a very long time to complete the process! Last year we came - the same thing happened. And not because it’s May and there’s a big race. I was second - I stood for about half an hour! At the reception desk I spoke twice about the lack of a remote control for the air conditioner, everything was written down, the remote control was never issued in 4 days. If I pay 8 thousand for one person, a room with amenities and air conditioning, then be kind enough to provide what was stated. It was very hot, the sun was directly in the windows. The animation was disappointing. Loud music and screams for three hours under the windows of my room - that's something! I understand - there should be animation, but somewhere in a corner, in a cafe as before, on the beach in the end - those who are interested will come there too. All people are different, some came to relax in peace, others came to drink and have fun at a disco. But some kind of balance still needs to be maintained. I think we need to think about this. Among the visitors, middle age still prevails, couples with children (who need sleep). I didn’t see a lot of disco youth in your area. So loud animation does not quite correspond to the concept of the hotel.

This is your 5th or 6th time visiting. All good. The food is excellent. A minibus takes you to the beach. Clean, neat.
