The staff is well trained and very attentive and caring. Twice a day, small individual thermal containers with two or three fruits (apples or oranges), a couple of bottles of b/g mineral water and wet ice wipes are brought to the beach. The buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner, the abundance of dishes and their quality is beyond praise. If you want romance - on the top floor of the hotel there is an a la carte restaurant with pretty decent cuisine. Rooms are cleaned daily, replenished with mineral water, tea, coffee and sugar. There are TVs with a couple of main Russian channels. The downside is the lack of sale of alcohol (far from the most important thing! If necessary, everything can be purchased in Dubai Duty Free upon arrival. You can order a taxi (Toyota Camry) to the city, travel time is about 2.5-3.0 hours -how lucky, but it's better to arrange a car at the reception and all this will cost $ 130. BUT !!! this car will not only take you to Dubai, show you the main shopping centers, but also pick you up and take you back to the hotel. It makes sense to go to city for four: both more fun and cheaper.About a kilometer from the hotel along the embankment there is a supermarket "Sapphire" and a lot of small shops, and if you walk along the embankment further than 500 meters, you will get to the port.It is very interesting to see the fish market (every day fishermen bring for sale your catch at 17 o'clock - you won't see anything.) The price-quality ratio is excellent, all questions about the stay are resolved instantly, the hotel has a Russian-speaking manager at the reception, he will also order a taxi and answer all your questions and solve all your problems. I used to make a trip to ArtTour, but lately through the TUI on the Kolomenskaya metro station, for me it is convenient and territorial, and yet (taking into account all the stories with travel agencies) it is a fairly stable and solid European company.
