They explained our delay by saying that they were waiting for other tourists. The seemingly friendly lady guide turned out to be a liar, a boor and a bitch. She left tourists in the Lapland store in Lappientranta who were 8 minutes late from the appointed time, despite the fact that they left the store when the bus had just started moving, and half of the other tourists on the bus asked to stop and wait for the latecomers. We went to the Disas store, 10 km from the Lapland market. Natalya said that latecomers will get there on their own. Their personal belongings, documents and money remained on the departing bus. People walked 8 km along a busy highway towards the next store in the rain with a bag of shopping. Disgusting company. We went to Kotka on 01/04/16. We never made it to Kotka. The bus stopped halfway, not reaching 17 km to Vyborg; the diesel fuel in the bus froze. We just stood there for an hour, hoping that a miracle would happen and she would thaw out.
